Osorno offers a variety of different maintenance programs for water and wastewater treatment plants. Each program is individually tailored to the needs of the client. We assist in the development of maintenance specifications based on the information provided by the client and their consulting engineer. This specification service is part of a future maintenance contract. All scheduled preventative maintenance calls are followed by performance verification which includes on-site and laboratory testing, as well as process adjustments to maximize plant performance. The required performance verification is defined in the specifications of the maintenance agreement.
Osorno offers three levels of maintenance programs: silver, gold and platinum. All maintenance programs include on-site emergency service within 48 hours of an emergency call (not including extended travel times required to remote locations), and technical support on a 24/7 basis. Osorno recommends adding remote monitoring capabilities to each maintenance program level.
- Silver: covers an agreed number of preventative maintenance visits per year, on-site and laboratory testing, and process adjustment. All parts for maintenance are extra.
- Gold: includes preventative maintenance visits, all parts required for maintenance, on-site and laboratory testing, and process adjustment.
- Platinum: includes preventative maintenance visits, all parts required for maintenance, spare parts at the plant (in case of on-site equipment failure), annual supply of treatment chemicals, testing consumables, on-site and laboratory testing, and process adjustment.
Following each maintenance visit, Osorno provides a maintenance and performance verification report, which includes a maintenance log and recommendations for the maintenance parts inventory kept at the plant.
